Floodgate – Menlo Park Headquarters

Floodgate is an early stage venture capital firm focused on investing in visionary people and game-changing ideas.  Key to their process is the community they create, a community of raw entrepreneurial spirit.  A primary requirement for their new headquarters was a central multi-purpose space where members of the community could collaborate as a team, hear a pitch from an upstart, present ideas to an audience, or share ideas and gain incites from one another.

Space allocation is biased towards shared working space. Private offices have a minimal footprint, focusing instead on meeting rooms, open work space, and a podcast room for taking the message to the masses.
